One Account Per Person

Bonus Terms Apply

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of tvaje's gaming and betting services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account on the platform:
- You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. tvaje is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or receiving any bonus or promotional benefit from tvaje under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the tvaje platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in online gaming and sports betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of tvaje, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from tvaje management.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by tvaje or any affiliated platform at the time of registration. Attempting to register a new account while subject to an active self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
tvaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, before processing a withdrawal request, or when account activity raises concern. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
Account Registration and Verification
To access tvaje's gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified player account. The following rules govern account registration and the ongoing verification obligations of all tvaje members.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process. tvaje relies on the accuracy of the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and deliver communications to you.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one tvaje account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. tvaje uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate account registrations, including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing.
KYC Verification
Before any withdrawal can be processed, all tvaje players are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.

tvaje aims to complete KYC review within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of their first deposit request may have their account suspended pending verification. tvaje reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tvaje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your tvaje account on your behalf. tvaje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. Deposit Rules
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of the deposit and possible account review. tvaje does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency, bank wire, or international card services.
Deposits are generally credited to your tvaje wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, please contact tvaje support with your transaction reference number so the deposit can be manually verified and credited.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the tvaje account holder. tvaje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your KYC verification is complete, as incomplete verification will delay the processing of any withdrawal.
tvaje reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow irregular deposit patterns, or that are associated with accounts flagged for review. Such checks may extend the standard withdrawal processing time. tvaje will communicate any delay and its expected resolution timeframe to the player by email.
Bonuses and Promotions
tvaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the terms set out in this section, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers.
Welcome Bonus
New tvaje players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the tvaje welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms published at the time of registration. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of the first qualifying deposit. Failure to claim within this window will result in the offer expiring.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one bonus may be active in a player's tvaje account at any given time. Bonus stacking is not permitted.
- Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
- tvaje reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses via their registered email address.
- Players who are found to have abused the tvaje bonus system — including through collusion with other players, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will have all bonus credits forfeited and their accounts may be permanently closed.
- Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
Seasonal Promotions
tvaje runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with key events in the Bangladesh calendar including the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26) and Victory Day (December 16). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the tvaje platform at the time of the promotion and communicated to eligible players by email.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
tvaje provides access to a portfolio of online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, fishing arcade titles, and prediction markets. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products available on the tvaje platform. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of the overall terms governing your use of that product.
Game Integrity
All casino games available on the tvaje platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The outcome of all games is determined independently of tvaje and cannot be manipulated by tvaje, its staff, or any player. If you believe a game result has been recorded in error, you must contact tvaje support within 24 hours of the relevant game round with the game session ID and a description of the perceived error.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on tvaje sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and political prediction markets, are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as published at the time the bet is placed. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. tvaje reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been published in error or that contains a manifest pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned in full to the player's tvaje wallet.
System Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a platform malfunction, technical error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tvaje reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player. tvaje will not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment providers, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events. The tvaje policy in all malfunction scenarios is that void bets and pays prevail.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tvaje platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances, and permanent closure of their account at tvaje's sole discretion.
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits or using any mechanism to reverse legitimate deposits after the corresponding funds have been played.
- Money Laundering: Using the tvaje platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. tvaje is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker, live blackjack, or sports betting markets where coordinated wagering can distort market outcomes.
- Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, referral programmes, or promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
- Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the tvaje platform without genuine human player engagement.
- Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your tvaje account for any purpose. Each tvaje account is personal and non-transferable.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events or political markets where you have prior non-public knowledge of the outcome, including any involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of the event in question.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language toward tvaje staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any community forum associated with the tvaje platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
tvaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request from a payment provider associated with the account.
- A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
- Discovery that the account holder does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their tvaje account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting tvaje support at [email protected]. Before closing, any remaining balance in the player's BDT wallet (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC verification requirements. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired.
Effect of Closure
Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the player or by tvaje — the player's access to the platform, their game history, and their transaction records will no longer be accessible through the standard player interface. tvaje retains player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Any bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited without compensation.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and tvaje, the player should first contact tvaje support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. tvaje aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, tvaje will cooperate with any applicable dispute resolution process.
